The operating layer around everyday work

Connect the tools people use with the control a growing business needs.

We combine professional communication, files, meetings, structured work, identity, administration, security, audit, and reports so the company can grow without losing sight of responsibility.

One operating model

Daily work and business control share the same foundation.

Every layer has a clear job, from signing in to acting on retained operating insight.

01

Identity and tenant

Users, domains, roles, memberships, sessions, recovery, and organization scope establish who is acting.

02

Connected applications

Mail, Chat/Meet, Suite, Calendar, Contacts, Boards, Whiteboard, Wallet, and Ledger beta support the work.

03

Policy and administration

Services, storage, mail controls, permissions, subscriptions, support, and approvals shape what each role can do.

04

Audit and reports

Current state and retained activity help authorized users see adoption, risk, exceptions, and operational progress.

Administration by responsibility

Give people the tools to manage their scope, not the whole platform.

Personal users, tenant administrators, resellers, and GoOfficePH staff work from different navigation, permissions, reports, and action boundaries. That makes routine work easier while protecting higher-impact controls.

  • Personal users manage their account, services, imports, memberships, security, and help.
  • Tenant administrators manage organization people, domains, mail, storage, services, credits, branding, and reports.
  • Resellers manage their own wallet, verified sales, customer portfolio, and transaction records.
  • Platform staff work through role-based queues, governance, commercial controls, security, and platform reports.

Security in the operating flow

Make safer behavior part of normal work instead of a separate exercise.

We connect identity, role boundaries, tenant scope, recovery, mail protection, audit, and reviewable actions to the places where work actually happens.

  • Role and tenant boundaries limit who can view or change sensitive settings.
  • Inbound and outbound mail controls operate at platform, tenant, and user levels where applicable.
  • Recovery, sessions, app passwords, and alternate contact paths remain attributable.
  • Security events and exceptions can feed role-appropriate reports and action queues.

Insight that leads somewhere

Move from a summary to the people, events, and work behind it.

Online reports combine current state with retained activity so authorized viewers can filter, compare, investigate, and then open the relevant operating page instead of stopping at a static export.

  • Role-scoped report catalogs for users, organizations, resellers, and platform staff.
  • Filters for tenant, domain, user, group, event, category, status, and period where supported.
  • Online detail plus PDF, OpenDocument, and CSV outputs for supported reports.
  • Plan-aware depth so richer organization reporting can accompany higher service tiers.

Platform questions

Understand the boundaries before you adopt.

Is every user given administration access?

No. Access follows assigned roles and tenant scope. Most people use the apps and personal settings; organization and platform controls appear only when permission allows them.

Can the platform support a company with more than one domain?

Yes. A tenant can manage multiple verified domains, and administrators can place or move users within the domains they control, subject to the platform's validation and invitation rules.

Are reports only downloadable files?

No. Supported reports have online views designed for scanning, filtering, trends, drill-down, and action, with downloads available when a durable copy is useful.

How are new capabilities introduced?

Beta routes and API channels remain distinct from production. Versions and release notes identify what changed, and promotion happens only when the beta candidate is deliberately moved to production.
