Single sign-on
Users sign in once with GoOfficePH ID and move between Files, Email, Office apps, account settings, tenant tools, and support screens.
Identity and Limits
GoOfficePH Identity and Limits gives people one login for the workspace while giving organizations a simple way to manage users, app access, storage, credits, account security, mailbox encryption policy, role permissions, and support activity.
What it does
Users should know where to sign in. Administrators should know who has access, which apps are enabled, how much storage is available, and which account changes were made. We bring those controls together.
Users sign in once with GoOfficePH ID and move between Files, Email, Office apps, account settings, tenant tools, and support screens.
Give people the right combination of responsibilities, such as tenant admin, domain admin, user manager, mail manager, support staff, report viewer, billing operator, security auditor, or credit approver.
Tenant admins can invite many users from a CSV file, assign addresses under the right verified domains, choose storage pools, and review a validation summary before accounts are provisioned.
Large tenants can delegate control for a specific domain or brand, allowing trusted operators to help manage users, aliases, and mailbox settings without taking over the whole tenant.
Enable Email, Files, Office, and storage upgrades using credits or tenant-approved plans, so cost and access stay visible.
We support modern account security patterns, including authenticator app setup, passkey-ready workflows, safer recovery, and one-login/one-logout behavior.
Tenant admins can leave mailbox encryption optional, require user-managed public keys, or apply a tenant-managed public key for users on a controlled domain.
GoOfficePH accepts public keys or public certificates for mailbox encryption and warns users before activation that lost private keys can make encrypted mail unrecoverable.
Authorized GoOfficePH staff can approve tenants, manage credits, support users, review reports, and perform housekeeping tasks through role-limited tools.
Bulk staff actions such as credit benefits, discounts, free monthly credits, and invite uploads are checked before they are applied, then recorded with outcomes that can be reviewed later.
Role changes, credit-affecting actions, app activations, storage changes, support tickets, and important account events are logged for review.
