Works with familiar habits
Users can read and send mail from the GoOfficePH web experience or connect common mail apps using clear setup instructions and one-click configuration where supported.
Sovereign Email
GoOfficePH Email gives every person a secure mailbox under @GoOffice.ph or under your company's own domain. It is designed for everyday webmail, familiar mail apps, secure app passwords, optional or tenant-required mailbox encryption, aliases for teams and roles, automated replies, forwarding, bulk domain onboarding, delegated domain administration, and very large user communities.
What it does
People should not need one password for mail, another for files, and another for documents. GoOfficePH Email is part of the same login experience, so users can move between mail, files, office documents, account settings, and mail controls with less confusion.
Users can read and send mail from the GoOfficePH web experience or connect common mail apps using clear setup instructions and one-click configuration where supported.
A user can start with a GoOfficePH address, while organizations can use one or more company domains so employees receive addresses that match the company brand.
The email foundation is built for organizations that expect real usage: more people, more domains, more messages, and more storage over time.
Users can create and revoke app passwords for external mail clients, reducing the need to enter the main GoOfficePH password into every device.
Users who need stronger confidentiality can register an OpenPGP public key or S/MIME public certificate so newly stored mailbox content is encrypted with a key GoOfficePH does not privately hold.
Organizations can leave encryption optional, require every user on a domain to provide their own public key, or apply one tenant-managed public key for the domain.
When encryption is enabled later, users can prepare controlled batch jobs to encrypt or decrypt existing mail. The local migration assistant keeps private keys on the user's computer and saves progress checkpoints.
Tenant admins can verify domain ownership, receive plain-language DNS instructions, request assisted DNS setup, or reserve a new domain from the portal.
Tenant admins can prepare many users at once with CSV invite checks that validate addresses, domains, storage settings, and duplicate rows before mailboxes are created.
Forwarding rules, vacation replies, mailbox activation, aliases, and tenant mail settings are managed through GoOfficePH screens instead of exposing a separate mail-server console.
Tenant administrators can assign trusted people to manage a specific domain, or all tenant domains, without giving them unrestricted tenant administrator access.
