Release Notes
GoOfficePH Platform Releases
GoOfficePH tracks app releases separately from platform logic releases. This page covers GoOfficePH-owned business rules, tenant policy, entitlements, credits, mail governance, reporting, migration, support, and API behavior. Public notes explain customer-visible behavior without publishing proprietary implementation details.

Platform baseline
Initial scan and publication of GoOfficePH-owned business logic versioning.
This release establishes the public tracking model for GoOfficePH platform logic. Future fixes and changes can now be published against a stable baseline instead of being mixed into app-only release notes.
Current feature baseline
The initial scan found the following customer-visible platform domains ready for version tracking.
| Domain | What is tracked | Release impact |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and access | Signup, login, logout, sessions, roles, role views, password changes, recovery, and app launch handoff. | Authentication fixes, account lifecycle changes, recovery behavior, and permission changes. |
| Tenant operations | Tenant applications, approvals, provisioning, tenant management, domains, users, storage, quota requests, and branding. | Admin workflow improvements, provisioning fixes, storage policy changes, and domain readiness updates. |
| Credits and entitlements | Credit products, purchases, coupons, grants, subscriptions, renewals, entitlement checks, and alerts. | Billing logic fixes, app access changes, new credit products, renewal behavior, and quota changes. |
| Mail governance | Mail settings, app passwords, aliases, encryption preferences, domain policies, outbound controls, DNSBL policy, and audit events. | Outbound protection tuning, custom-domain readiness, sender limits, encryption policy, and account safety fixes. |
| Groupware orchestration | Production and beta launch endpoints, app discovery, preferences, channel separation, and cross-app item state. | App launch fixes, production/beta routing changes, app status behavior, and shared app policy. |
| Migration and onboarding | Import jobs, migration estimates, OAuth handoff, assisted migration, progress capture, and migration action handling. | Migration reliability, onboarding defaults, import status reporting, and assisted setup improvements. |
| Support and CRM | Tickets, comments, attachments, support inboxes, CRM contacts, release mapping, fixed-in-version fields, and action items. | Support workflow fixes, public bug tracking, release-note mapping, and queue management updates. |
| Analytics and reporting | Privacy controls, pageviews, events, browser diagnostics, reports, PDF exports, usage snapshots, and system resource history. | Report changes, privacy-safe logging updates, diagnostics, export fixes, and system health visibility. |
| Desktop and offline | Desktop login, device registration, activation codes, offline entitlement, sync batches, queued actions, and file sync state. | Desktop entitlement fixes, activation behavior, offline queue handling, and sync reliability. |
| Compliance and release control | Open-source notices, source review, release fingerprints, source bundles, audit events, and compliance exports. | License-boundary updates, auditability improvements, source-bundle references, and release verification. |
How future updates will be published
- Bug fixes will identify the affected domain and the fixed platform version.
- New proprietary business features will be added as minor releases unless they are purely app UI changes.
- Operational policy changes, such as abuse protection, entitlement enforcement, quota rules, or tenant approval logic, will be recorded here even when no visible app card changes.
- Security-sensitive or proprietary internals will be summarized by behavior and customer impact, not by private implementation detail.
- Support tickets marked for public release notes can be tied to a fixed version for audit and customer follow-up.
