This page covers GoOfficePH-owned business rules, tenant policy, entitlements, credits, mail governance, reporting, migration, support, and API behavior. Public notes explain customer-visible behavior without publishing proprietary implementation details.

Purpose
Baseline the proprietary GoOfficePH business and platform logic now running behind the website and native Groupware apps.

  • Patch: bug fixes, policy tuning, report adjustments, copy corrections, and compatible behavior changes.
  • Minor: new business capabilities, reports, tenant controls, or cross-app workflows.
  • Major: incompatible platform workflow, API contract, entitlement, tenant policy, or governance changes.

This release establishes the public tracking model for GoOfficePH platform logic. Future fixes and changes can now be published against a stable baseline instead of being mixed into app-only release notes.

Current feature baseline

The initial scan found the following customer-visible platform domains ready for version tracking.
