1.8.0 Aug 18, 2026 Distribution addresses Delivers one address to multiple recipients and preserves supported Mailcow forwarding routes.

Organization administrators can create and manage distribution addresses with multiple internal or external recipients. Mailcow migrations now preserve every supported destination from forward-only and mixed aliases after the mailbox and domain mappings are reviewed, while catch-all and conflicting routes retain explicit safety controls.

1.7.0 Aug 15, 2026 Mail migration pre-flight Prepares accounts and most mail before the live DNS cutover.

Organization administrators can verify ownership with a TXT record while MX remains on the source provider, prepare the domain and disabled destination accounts in Stalwart, and run initial or repeat delta IMAP copies. The final duplicate-safe pass unlocks only after every mapped domain has active GoOfficePH mail routing.

1.6.4 Jul 14, 2026 Public website actions Uses consistent sizing, tactile feedback, and working destinations.

Public calls to action now use one recognizable full-size treatment, while app catalog actions use one deliberate compact size. White actions have a restrained raised edge, keyboard focus remains clear, motion respects browser preferences, and the homepage workspace prompt now behaves as a true button.

1.6.3 Jul 14, 2026 Primary navigation Keeps Help, Groupware, and Beta in one predictable priority order.

Help now sits nearest the account menu, followed by Groupware and Beta when read from right to left. The same priority appears in desktop headers and mobile menus while all remaining navigation items retain their relative order.

1.6.2 Jul 14, 2026 Help Center layout Keeps search and matching guides together in one responsive workspace.

The Help Center now starts with a clear Search Help action that opens a dedicated search area beside the manual results. Common-task suggestions and the keyboard shortcut use the same focused field, so readers can see the result count, matching guides, and selected instructions while they search.

1.6.1 Jul 14, 2026 Help Center search Keeps spaces in place while readers type a multi-word manual search.

Manual searches now preserve spaces and the text cursor while a phrase is entered, including when a reader pauses between words. Search matching and shareable URLs remain normalized automatically.

1.6.0 Jul 14, 2026 Searchable operating manual Connects each role to practical guidance and the exact place to complete a task.

Our new Help Center brings account, application, organization, reseller, and platform procedures into one searchable manual. Administrator guides explain what each function changes, who it affects, and what a successful result looks like before walking through the steps in plain language.

1.5.0 Jul 13, 2026 Independent release channels Keeps beta changes out of production until an explicit promotion.

We now run production applications from an approved, pinned release while beta applications continue on separate services and browser assets. Automated release checks reject shared routes, mixed assets, incomplete beta boundaries, or an invalid production revision before deployment.

1.4.0 Jul 12, 2026 Protected administration Protects root administration and privileged role changes.

Platform Admin promotion is restricted to the protected root administrator, while sensitive demotion and deletion actions require independent approval and remain recorded for audit review.

1.3.0 Jul 12, 2026 Unified product catalog Keeps app availability and service controls synchronized across GoOfficePH.

Account summaries, personal activation, tenant bulk controls, staff grants, plans, Groupware, Beta, and workspace launchers now follow one versioned catalog. New catalog checks also prevent incomplete versions, routes, billing mappings, or release links from reaching production.

1.2.0 Jul 12, 2026 Administration and reports Introduced role-focused consoles and audit-backed online reports.

Personal, My Organization, Reseller, and Platform Operations now use concise primary navigation, searchable specialist tools, attention summaries, and recent audited activity. Report cards open formatted online views with metrics, visual comparisons, highlights, recent detail, and role-appropriate export options.

1.1.1 Jul 12, 2026 Reliable Suite printing Opens print-ready PDFs in the device's familiar print experience.

Suite now prepares a print-ready PDF and opens it in the device's native PDF surface. Users get a more dependable print path, while the preparation remains visible in Suite activity history.

1.1.0 Jul 11, 2026 Suite file-service upgrade Made the expanded Suite file and collaboration workflow the production default.

Production Suite now brings file listing, document creation, sharing, editing, exports, locks, quota, activity, version recovery, and deleted-file restoration into one supported workflow. A controlled compatibility path remains available during the transition.

1.0.0 Jul 10, 2026 Platform release history Established a clear public baseline for customer-visible platform improvements.

This release established a stable platform history, making it easier to distinguish shared service improvements from changes to an individual app.
