Financial control
- Introduces a tenant-scoped financial workspace for invoices, bills, cash matching, inventory, close, reports, and audit review.
- Adds draft, submission, approval, posting, and period-lock states with role-based capabilities.
- Uses balanced, immutable journal entries, traceable reversals, idempotent requests, and tenant-specific audit chains.
- Includes profit and loss, balance sheet, cash-flow, receivables-aging, payables-aging, and financial-overview report APIs.
Optional subscription modules
- Ledger People: Payroll and HR records, attendance inputs, review, and payroll-journal integration.
- Ledger Make: Manufacturing MRP records for demand, materials, production, work in progress, and costing.
- Ledger Growth: CRM and marketing automation records for leads, opportunities, campaigns, quotations, and billing follow-through.
Platform integration
- Uses a dedicated GoOfficePH Ledger API service with shared GoOfficePH identity, tenant scope, beta channel enforcement, and a separate beta database schema.
- Publishes an ordered, cursor-based synchronization contract for a future managed Desktop GoOfficePH Groupware client.
- Keeps production access disabled until an approved beta promotion enables production routing and subscriptions.
