Locally Stored
Documents stay on GoOffice-controlled infrastructure, reducing dependence on foreign productivity clouds.
Philippine-hosted office collaboration
A sovereign productivity workspace for documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, tenant storage, and admin-defined limits.
Documents stay on GoOffice-controlled infrastructure, reducing dependence on foreign productivity clouds.
Companies can request tenant workspaces, invite users, define limits, and review storage from an admin portal.
Source, deployment manifests, and upstream pins are held in a local Git repository for review and change control.
Platform
GoOffice.ph combines secure file management with browser-based editors so teams can work in familiar document formats while administrators keep control over where files live and how storage is allocated.
Browser editing for common office files, including text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs.
Company signup, approval workflows, user invitations, suspension controls, and quota upgrade requests.
Admins can define per-user quotas and align tenant storage with commercial plans.
Brand, infrastructure code, and deployment instructions stay source-controlled for traceability.
Architecture
The first deployment runs in containers on one Ubuntu server. The services are already separated so growth can move database, cache, storage, app, and editor capacity onto dedicated infrastructure.
Governance
GoOffice is designed around clear ownership: auditable deployment files, pinned upstream releases, controlled secrets, firewall rules, and documented tenant/user procedures.
