Replaced the three-pane vertical workspace with a board-first horizontal layout so Kanban cards have more room.
Moved board selection, search, templates, and capture actions into a horizontal command band above the board.
Moved selected-card details into a full-width bottom inspector on desktop and tablet.
Added a phone-specific bottom-sheet inspector so users can review or edit card context without losing the board.
Changed phone Kanban behavior to horizontally swipeable stages with scroll snap for easier one-hand operation.

Regression coverage was expanded to verify the horizontal desktop/tablet layout and mobile bottom-sheet workflow.

Added a column overview strip so teams can see work distribution and jump to a stage quickly.
Added quick-create controls inside each stage, with new cards automatically adopting that stage.
Added collapsible stages, compact card density, visible labels, checklist progress, and a one-tap next-stage action.
Improved mobile stacking so board controls, capture actions, cards, and detail panes stay easy to reach on phones.

Desktop, tablet, and phone regression coverage was updated for the new board controls and card workflow.

Added boards, lists, draggable cards, assignees, due dates, priority, labels, checklists, comments, attachments, and source links.
Added native capture flows for Mail, Chat, Meet, and Suite work context.
Added My Tasks-style list view, board view, calendar view, dashboard, timeline, workload, portfolio, automation, and audit views.
Added board templates for team tasks, project delivery, procurement, document approval, incident review, LGU monitoring, compliance tracking, and client onboarding.
Added WIP limits, approval status, SLA tracking, automation rules, report export, audit events, retention notes, and deterministic board summaries.

Desktop, tablet, and mobile browser regression coverage is expected for the beta app before production promotion.
The app uses GoOfficePH-owned naming across the full user experience.

Beta data is scoped to the current beta workspace while shared tenant sync is prepared.
AI features in this beta release use deterministic summaries and suggested capture fields for review.
