Secure device file and folder uploads

Adds file and complete-folder upload controls to the first section of the Files + New menu.
Preserves folder structure, supports multiple files, and keeps existing content safe by creating a numbered copy instead of overwriting a matching name.
Shows send-and-save progress, partial results, stop-remaining controls, and focused retry for temporary failures across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts.
Keeps uploads behind authenticated GoOfficePH APIs with account-scoped storage, CSRF protection, bounded concurrency, and fail-closed malware scanning.

Replaced the embedded editor print command with a GoOfficePH Suite print action that prepares a PDF through the GoOfficePH API.
Opens the print-ready PDF in the device's native PDF surface so desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers can continue with their own print controls.
Added an activity event when Suite prepares a print-ready PDF for audit visibility.

Promoted the OpenCloud-backed Suite file channel to production behind the GoOfficePH Files API facade.
Kept production Suite launch, file listing, document creation, sharing, editing, export, lock, quota, activity, version, and deleted-file flows behind GoOfficePH-owned API routes.
Disabled the nightly Production Files to Beta Files mirror for the live cutover so OpenCloud is the source of truth for Suite going forward.
Kept the prior production Files provider available as a legacy compatibility and rollback path while users move to the promoted Suite workflow.

Enabled beta Suite conversion from OpenDocument files to PDF, DOCX, XLSX, XLS, and PPTX through the GoOfficePH API.
Added save-back-to-Files support for converted beta Suite copies while keeping source reads, conversion, and writes behind GoOfficePH.
Added Excel 97-2003 workbook export for spreadsheet workflows that still require XLS.
Kept export choices format-aware so Suite does not offer a converted copy in the same format as the selected source file.
